We bring in accessories to give your property the edge that will stay in viewers’ minds after they’ve gone home.
For our partial staging service we bring in stylish accessories such as bedding, cushions, plants and vases to create a Homelii environment.
The items are provided on a six-week rental basis. In the unlikely situation that your property isn’t under offer within that time, there is the option to extend your hire.
Once everything is set up, you’re good to go and ready to hand over to let your selling agent do their bit. However, for your convenience we can also arrange the photos and floor plan through our sister company Planography Ltd.

We can coordinate all of this for you providing a set of stunning images, a detailed floor plan and, if required, a property video for your agent to get started with your marketing as quickly as possible.
